Hello! My name is Maggie Swanson and I am thrilled to be working as an interventionist at Briar Glen and Park View. Supporting students with their math and reading skills is my passion! I received my BA in Elementary Education with an EL endorsement from Northern Illinois University. I have been teaching since 2017. While teaching first grade, I completed my Reading Specialist Master's degree from Olivet Nazarene University.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love to camp, take walks, and read! I love learning and hope to share my passion with my students. Please reach out to share any ways I can support your child's learning!
