Superintendent Strategic Plan Committee

In September 2016, the District formed three, short-term Superintendent committees: the Strategic Plan Committee, the Enrollment Committee, and the Finance Committee. In 2017, the Enrollment Committee was reformed as the Boundary Committee. The purpose of each of these committees was to study specific issues that are affecting Community Consolidated School District 89.

These committees were open to residents of CCSD 89. Committee members include: students, families, staff, Board members, and local residents. All committees are advisory and any recommendations are non-binding. All final decisions are made by the Board of Education.

STRATEGIC PLAN COMMITTEE 

The Strategic Plan Committee had a goal to review the District's existing Strategic Plan and make recommendations for updates to the strategy portion of the plan. The Strategic Plan Committee will review current progress, trends in education, and identify strategies for supporting the goals of CCSD 89.
